Each capsule contains three complementary active ingredients: Paracetamol 500mg, which blocks chemical pain messengers in the brain; Codeine Phosphate Hemihydrate 8mg, a mild opioid analgesic that acts on the central nervous system to reduce the perception of pain; and Caffeine 30mg, which enhances and speeds up the pain-relieving effects of both paracetamol and codeine. Together, they provide stronger and faster-acting relief than paracetamol alone for conditions including headache, migraine, dental pain, period pain, backache, sciatica, strains, sprains and rheumatic or arthritic pain.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis medicine contains codeine and can cause addiction if taken for more than 3 days.
