Black Table Lamp Figurine Limoges Box

A black table lamp, complete with its shade and bulb, stands tall as a porcelain figurine box painted by hand in Limoges, France. It looks ready for an evening of reading, though it is decorative only and gives off no light.

Lights Out, Style On

A black lamp brings a crisp, graphic note to any room, and this miniature version does the same for a shelf. The base, the shade and the tiny bulb are each painted by hand, so the finish and small details vary slightly from one box to the next.

A Well Furnished Shelf

• Hand-painted porcelain figurine box from Limoges, France
• A fit for a home, furniture or design collection
• Decorative only, with no wiring or working light

Set the Scene

Group it with armchair, clock and sofa boxes for a little furnished room, or let it stand alone on a modern bookcase. It is a clever housewarming idea, a thank-you for an interior decorator, or a fun nod to an electrician or lighting designer. Anyone furnishing a first apartment with a sharp black and white scheme will see its appeal.

Pair it with the burgundy lamp from the same series for a matched set of miniature lighting on either end of a shelf.
