ETUDE Dr. Mascara Fixer is a transparent gel primer designed to hold curl, add volume, and make your mascara waterproof and long-lasting.
How to Use:
Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler. Apply Dr. Mascara Fixer as the first layer on lashes. Wait 10–20 seconds for it to partially dry. Apply your regular mascara on top.
Tip: Some users coat lashes again as a topcoat for extra curl retention and waterproofing.
