Weight Loss Alert Bathroom Scale Porcelain Limoges Box

A bathroom scale with a weight loss alert gives a playful wink at every diet ever started on a Monday. This hand-painted porcelain Limoges box was made in Limoges, France, and it turns a dreaded morning routine into a reason to laugh.

Step Right Up

Anyone who has ever held their breath before glancing down at the dial will understand the joke. The scale and its message are painted by hand, so the colors and fine details vary a little from one box to the next.

Cheering the Finish Line

This is a fun way to celebrate a friend who has reached a fitness goal, finished a challenge at the gym, or stuck with a new routine for a full year. Personal trainers, dietitians and weight loss group leaders will get a kick out of it as well. It also makes a good-humored New Year's present for a resolution maker.
